Bonnie Jimenez does an amazing job. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she is also very efficient, empathic and thoughtful. She helped me enormously in sorting out my warranty situation - and made sure I knew what was happening. I asked all the questions I wanted, and she was terrific in answering them.
