I’m disappointed with my experience here. I brought in my 2023 Civic because the maintenance light indicated a routine oil change was due. The dealership’s own inspection report showed the car was in excellent condition across the board, yet I was still sold a $950 “30k major service” package. What bothered me most was how unclear the pricing and recommendations felt. I asked for a breakdown of the services, and when they were broken out individually, the total was about $1,200. Instead of making the recommendation clearer, that only made the pricing feel more confusing.
I left feeling like I was being pushed toward a bundled service without a straightforward explanation of what was actually needed versus what was simply being recommended.
Unfortunately, this reflects a broader pattern in my experience with this dealership. Each time I come here, I leave feeling like I am not treated with much respect as a customer, even though I purchased my car here. My impression is that there is a consistent lack of professionalism in how customers are handled. Rather than treating a customer as an individual with a specific situation, the process often feels focused on maximizing the value of each transaction as much as possible.
Because of that, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward, even though it is less convenient for me. Clear communication, professionalism, and respect matter, and this experience left me with very little confidence in this dealership.
