Michael Fallin has given me exceptional service for my Giulia on a number of occasions. In addition to routine maintenance, I’ve had a couple emergencies including a flat tire and a dysfunctional starter and Michael has gotten me taken care of properly every time. He is one of the reasons I will look to get another Alfa Romeo

No loaner car, stuck in my house for 2 days with no car. Mike was great, as always.
The only issue is I’m still waiting on my service light interval to be reset; as it wasn’t reset Tuesday when I got the service completed. Noticed it on my way home but couldn’t come back, so called & left a message but I never received a reply. Wasn’t aware of a issue with the machine/system that resets the service light until I returned the next day and I was informed there was a issue by the service team guys.
Still not sure when the service light would be reset, as I haven’t heard from anyone since Wednesday.
Mike, Dan, and the whole Service Team were outstanding as always. They take great care of my 4C, and make me feel welcome.
