I cannot stress how well he handled my unusual situation and specific needs. He kept me up to date with frequent texts and allayed any concerns that I may have had. I think he is a real asset to your service department, because of his professionalism and friendliness by experience was almost completely stress-free. Roger Harris customer service and especially customer recovery skills are a disgrace! Not what I, or any reasonable person, would expect from a representative of an Alfa Romeo / Maserati dealer. The way I received my vehicle, after two weeks, is completely unacceptable; broken glass left in the rear compartment and broken glass inside the rear door. Obviously the vehicle was not properly inspected prior to delivery to me, your customer.
When I voiced my displeasure, what I got from your employee was: “I can’t fix it now; I will give you the rental car back and contact you when it’s done.”
I again voiced my disappointment and asked to speak to the GM. His answer was: “What’s he going to do?” Again, escalating my frustration instead of apologizing. One of his statements to me was: “I was a cop in Texas”. That was a personal threat. I take that very seriously!
