Your Company inconvenienced me for alot long than necessary. Because of a recall, ,,, My Ford Bronco had a recall and they came to my house and didn’t inconvenience me. You offered me nothing for the prolonged delay..
You service is very poor… I have bought 3 different vehicles from your dealership and this is the worse service I’ve received from this new ownership this past two visits, first one for a simple oil change and second one for a recall! Makes me want to trade my vehicle in and just go down to one vehicle and never buy from your company again due to the service!

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed
Had a nail in my tire. Also strange thump that started after it was there in March. Alignment was done without prior authorization last week. Car was not pulling to one side. Had alignment done in November. Thump is still there. My husband is bringing it back in tomorrow. Hoping for a loaner this time. And hoping they know how to fix the thumping noise. There was no alignment report for the before. Only the after. Husband was concerned about that report still showing red. Not sure what that means.

I was very disappointed with the service, I had a flat tire and they were not able to take care of it, did not have the tires, I needed to wait 2 days for the tire. I still don't know why my tires were so bad the car is 2020 and only 20,500 miles. I left a message to change the filter and oil, NOT DONE. I went in and picked up my car.
