My battery died 3 days after, my car currently shows its max level oil was exceeded after I had to go get an oil change when the car already was ready for one when the dealership received it. Also had to purchase 4 continental tires the day of the service of my normal shop, for the oil change, battery replacement, then 4 new tires. I would expect the mechanics who usually specifically work on these cars to notice one of the 3 services that I’d hope would be under warranty since the shifter was not, but even though the whole boot design around the shifter is pretty terrible, considering it’s right under the cup holder. There should be some sort of way that a liquid doesn’t even have a chance to be routed directly to a wiring harness. Which was a service I know I could’ve done by myself for about a third of the price. Never got offered a loaner car and will only help roadside if I go through your dealership which quoted me higher on the service and labor but I figured you guys would handle it best. Main reason I requested a trade in appraisal honestly, I’ve been super happy with the car until about a month ago. It’s made me want to switch and it’s been a year since I’ve got it.
