I was disappointed when Sarasota closed and I had to go to St Pete for service. But now the trip is worth it. Madalyn is terrific. Responsive and she knows the cars.

Madalyn was terrific and was able to solve what another Maserati dealer and Maserati couldn’t. Look forward for the next survey to let Maserati know, if they read them, how I feel about there response to prior requests for help. If it wasn’t for your dealership and particularly Madalyn I would have lost all faith in Maserati.

Service Department staff (Madalyn, Seth, the other girl that answers the phones and schedules) are horrible. Purchased a vehicle in March and still have not been able to get on the schedule for the (we owe you) issues that the paint guy also needs to be in for. I requested Madalyn update my information in the system as it also has someone else’s information however only my phone number was updated, not the address and other customer’s personal information. Took my car in for a bunch of codes, issue turning the wheel all the way and smell of burning oil and was told I needed the battery replaced. I have been in contact with Alfa Romeo and they are denying this dealership as an authorized service location. I am still under a 5 year warranty. I’ve also been waiting a couple months to be called to have my recall issue resolved. Horrible over all experience with this dealership. Suzanne, Jorge and the other tall salesman are the only ones trying to go above and beyond to save face for this business.
