My appointment was at 11am and we were done at 1:30pm. There is no reason for an oil change to take so long. They did a complimentary wash and left bugs all over the front- not really a deal breaker because I can wash my own car. But then I thought my first oil change was free & I was charged $130. They told me they took $15 off. So it was supposed to be $145. Why in the world would I ever come back if I can go to Jiffy Lube for a 20 min oil change and it cost me a fraction of that price. I won’t be back to this dealership.
