Bruno made me very comfortable by explaining every step of the service experience from possible charges. He assured me that I would be informed of all findings before any work was performed. He gained my respect and confidence. When the work was completed, he made sure that I understood what work was done and the price. The car was clean and ready to drive safely. See the previous survey that I completed earlier today! I purchased my vehicle there and remained a loyal customer for 5 years. They should have waived my charge to put the new tire that I purchased from Kia on my car. Which is what I was told was included in the total price that I paid yesterday. Not happy

My service overall was a great experience and always has been since I’ve brought it to you guys, but when I got home, I noticed two areas with three to four scratches on my headlight lens that were not there before I brought the vehicle in to get serviced. My vehicle is not even that old to where the headlight lens could start to be cracking, it looks like it is both cracked and scratched in the damaged areas

I was totally satisfied with Mitchell; from the time he greeted me. He remained hospitable and professional throughout my vist, until I returned to my car. He offered me all the complimentary services. Mitchell was excellent, deserving of a raise and all the 1,050 points allowed.
