I brought my car. To the Kia dealership because. My car was not working as I arranged for the car to be tow to the dealership as the car got to the dealership I had got an call to let me know car got there as well I was told it. Was. An cost to look at the car so I had planned for the car. To get fixed so the dealership charge me in the sum of. $165.00 as well the inspection was done the dealership call me and told me it be the cost to fix the car in the amount of $3000 I didn’t approve it because the price was way out of Line as well I had ask if the price could be drop a little then 165.00 of payment as I was told. They couldn’t because if they did the employee was working on it he would get hours cut and be short of pay?? This is crazy as well I had to wait an extra day to get the car back because he took the car apart and had to wait the next day to get tow again to get it fix as before it left. The employee Bruno told me as he call me an told me that I was own more money because the tow was charge to dealership as I was told to pay that other wise I would be able to get the car. It be put on hold so I had made phone call and find out it was done wrong as it has been corrected due to my efforts to clear things up It was. Not an good thing. To find out all of things as well they made a fast $165 out of me and had me wait an extra day as well could give me an break on the inspection because the employee was going to Be short of hours an pay?? This is really crazy as I don’t know but I will be letting others about my experience so they can be aware of the situation.
Michael was great. It was my first time at International Kia and he did a great job explaining services, pointing out the waiting area, and keeping me abreast of the services while being performed. He made the experience one of the best I’ve had at a dealership since coming back to Illinois last year.

I was there for 4 hours! Every person who got there after me left before me. Also, the rep came and updated them on their vehicles and I was sent a text message. I was not offered anything other than a apology for my long wait time. They washed my vehicle and it looked horrible.
$85 is outrageous for a oil change
I waited 1:45 minutes for an oil change, plug a tire, and tire rotationWhen I arrived I was only person in the lobby. It took so long I turned down the car wash. There was also a blonde lady at service desk area I could hear almost yelling a couple of times.
I am not sure I would ever return.

The tech last week failed to tighten the drain plug after my oil/filter change. This resulted in a large oil leak a few days before we were going on a long trip. It’s lucky I caught it before the trip. This could have been a major engine issue during the trip!!
