The employees are great - very kind, respectful and friendly. What I’m unhappy about is the cost of the filters, especially the cabin filter. The price is obnoxious and I felt like I was being price-gouged. Although I went ahead with the filter replacement, in the future I will go elsewhere.

Part 2 of my oil consumption test was denied because my maintenance records included date, mileage, and type or service, but I was told that this information was not sufficient enough for maintenance records. I feel like International Kia is actively trying to do everything in their power to not honor the warranty on my car and are not interested in resolving my issue with an expensive car that I purchased from them.

You had my car for almost two weeks and all you came up with was a need 4 tires. I only needed two. You wouldn't listen when I was trying to explain it. My car is still making noise when I stop.
