Too high, I feel this DearlerShip, is more about money than their customer. I'm 76 years old, How can I afford $689.00, and 165.00 just to take my inside part off and run a line to see what the problem,finally coming up with bad gas. They have to drain the gas tank, replace spark plugs. When all they had to do was put S T P in and it would remove the bad gas. Also they left my floor of the car. No I will not do business with that Kia again. I will report my experience to Kia Corp.

Used parts are put on my car that were never agreed upon. Rebecca was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to us and even swore at us before storming out to avoid conversation.

I came in without an appt for routine maintenance - greeted immediately and told there would availability to do my car almost immediately. Check in was easy - was kept updated and provided a timeline and offered a carwash. Very impressed by the overall service!
