Customer Service was awful. Floor manager needs to show professionalism. Also confused on how my coupon/warranty book was accepted for a whole year at this location and now all of a sudden it can no longer be? Will be finding another Kia in the area.

Bruno took excellent care of us he personally clean the inside of my windows for me because I have difficulty doing it. The car was done faster than I was expecting it to be. He’s a great guy just need a question answered. I did not see the battery listed on the check up and I asked about my exhaust system. Do you know if any of those things are looking or how long usually last before needing replaced. We can reach back to me
