Good morning I drop my car off on Wednesday October 19 after a week and a half getting an appointment since it was busy. I was told I could leave it. I said sure I would be out of town so that will give you plenty of time I will pick it up Tuesday morning. I received phone call Friday letting me know the problem and I said ok I will see you Tuesday morning. I get there at 8:15 and was told the part just got there and they started working on it. I had to sit there and wait until they were done. If it was not going to be ready I should have received a phone call to let me know what was going on. I had an appointment that I missed. I could have made other arrangements came later. For my inconvenience all you can say I’m sorry, no incentive or we will make an adjustment or anything. My purpose was defeated dropping my car off I still had to wait just like I bought it in and had an appointment.

At the entrance of the dealership I was immediately met with an amazing smile and kindness from Mike. My entire visit from discussing my repair needs to the payment for my car service. I appreciated the updates and suggestions of additional needed areas. Mike rally cared about my concerns and safety of my car. Awesome job Mike.

Mitchell and Mike were both great. As a business owner I am very limited on time. I stoped in because I had a recall on my car. Without hesitation, Mike greeted me and asked me what I needed. Then Mitchell took over and handled all the paperwork and answered the questions I had in regards to the car. He definitely underpromised and over delivered because even though I had no appointment he was able to get my car done same day and also made recommendations on other maintenance items. From beginning to end, it’s was a great experience and that is why I only come to International Kia to get my car serviced!
