Per my invoice it stated that my car was washed and vacuumed. My vehicle was never vacuumed. I did appreciate the low time spent at the dealership awaiting the repairs on my car as I expected to be there at least 3-4 hrs and how Bruno kept me updated on the repair progress of my vehicle every hour on the hour

Booked an 8am appointment a month+ in advance. The service was unsatisfactory as we waited over 5 hours for the oil change to be completed. The communication was poor and the experience was poor. I am very disappointed having spent the day off waiting 5+ hours on a simple oil change.

Came on with issue on sensors. It was determined that sensors aren't covered under warranty. Cannot believe bumper to bumper isn't bumper to bumper warranty. I understand the issue would not have been covered, but being charged $175 to find that out was insulting and never discussed ahead of time. Very disappointed we where treated like first time customers after owning more than 10 KIAs. Shameful and greedy!!!

The job was okay, but I had to come back to complete. I now have a strange noise in the driver front side that I didn't have when I originally brought in. I still have to come back, but I have several commitments which limit my availability. I left the Rep a voicemail indicating my concern.

MICHAEL was very misleading in the language he used about the final price of the services that would be performed on my car. He was condescending when explaining himself. Furthermore, he did not tell me, until I was swiping my card that the technician wasn’t able to replicate the issue I brought my car in for. He told me that they were able to make the check engine light turn off (my check engine light wasn’t even on the day I brought it in, it was when I called to set up the service), and that it was less sluggish but not the actual main issue that I brought it in for, THAT IVE BROUGHT IT IN FOR 3 TIMES NOW! I get a different answer every time, this time, they didn’t even resolve it and I end up paying $450. Also, the $177 diagnostic fee is a RIP OFF, I can take it to fire **** where they will diagnose it and do the same work (better) for the same price or lower, I only took it to the dealership because some work is still under warranty. I will NEVER take my car to your dealership again. I would never recommend someone purchase a car at the Orland Kia or bring it there for service. And I recommend you hire people of higher intelligence than Mouth-breather Michael. (Lastly he said that if I have to bring it in again for the same problem that they would wave the $177 but he wouldn’t put it in writing, only said that I had to come see him, he’s only worked there 5 months, what kind of authority does he have?!) Anyway, enjoy my $450. You’ll never see my money again!

They didn’t service my vehicle. They were rude and disrespectful towards me and told me to leave because they didn’t know how to handle a claim for my extend warranty as they’ve done prior in the system.. My vehicle got pulled around and I left.
