Excellent service!!!! Everything was quick, efficient, professional and top notch! I will NEVER state my displeasure about sitting in dealerships as long as I can come to International KIA!!! I live in Evergreen Park, but I will always make the trip to Orland for exceptional service!

Upon my arrival, Bruno met me and listened to my concerns and needs. He explained the process and explained everything I needed to know. He kept me aware of the timeframe for my car to be serviced. I especially appreciate the software upgrade regarding my Kia Sportage 2017. KIA was able to get me an appointment right away.

Service was almost two hours long for an oil change and filter replacement. After they completed the comprehensive inspection it was almost another full hour before I finally walked up to the counter and asked about the status of my car. Turns out the paperwork had been sitting on the desk already, not sure how long. I specifically choice the earliest available appointment to avoid waiting this long and this happens every time I go to this location.

I live much closer to another Kia dealer so going to Orland Hills was inconvenient. I was absolutely thrilled that I went. Orland Kia has the cleanest, most pleasant service department I have ever been to. Bruno was superb.I will be making them my go to place

Dropped my vehicle for a recall fixing my appointment was at 1:30. They told me they gonna call me back when it’s done. They said it take about three hours to finish. Nobody called me. I called the dealer at 5 o’clock and they told me when the vehicle is done. They will give me a call. I called back at 6 o’clock to check because as far as I know maintenance will close at 5 o’clock. The lady told me they have to keep my car overnight and I told her no they did not tell me that they said it’s only take three hours. Nobody called me. I need my car I need to go to work the second day then she check the papers. She says yes they brought it back. It’s ready you need to come and pick it up before 730 because they start closing the doors at seven how come nobody call me when it’s done that is very bad for business. I will never bring my vehicle to be serviced at that location again .

I scheduled a Maintenance Multi-point overview which listed as $40, but was told it was complimentary with any service so I got a tire rotation. Then he asked if there was anything else wrong with my vehicle and I mentioned my front sensor comes on when im backing up. I was told everything looks good but need 2 new tires. I asked about the sensor and was told that wasn't checked, it cost $174 for a Diagnostic check to look at the sensor. The complimentary multi-check is only what the eye can. REALLY?
