I was truly satisfied with the help Michael gave me. I had a unique request, to see the underside of my Kia to know what my catalytic converter looked like. That way, I can spray paint it and etch my VIN# on it later. He was very helpful and took the time from his busy schedule to help me. I received quite the education. The guys were very patient with me and didn’t mind me bugging them with questions. Thank you for such a helpful group of people on your team.

There were several things that disappointed me with service that was provided and it was not all on Bruno. Too much to type and I don't believe anyone will follow up with me so I won't even bother waste my time typing it.

When I arrived home and parked my telluride the recall that was supposed to be fixed wasn’t the same parking sensor is blocked popes up on my dashboard have too bring it back to the dealer on Wednesday
