It was better than last time. Last time we were told the car we brought in, 2016 Kia Rio, that we got totally screwed, it would cost $175 to check something. We ended up paying $175, $175 and $24.99. The estimate to get the car fixed was $4000. The tech we had was horrible. His name was Mike and he was such a jerk. He made my daughter cry. Yesterday we had a nice tech. We won’t be back to this Kia dealership again. I will never buy a Kia again. We ended up getting the 2016 Kia Rio fixed for $2800. Yesterday, we were discouraged from getting the car washed due to a lack of porters. To get the recalls fixed on the 2019 Sportage it took an hour and a half.

Rebecca and Amanda go above and beyond with their customers. I've never met such caring and helpful people in this industry. They are such great people! I come back to this Kia because of them.

She was very attentive even while being very busy. This is my 2nd time being serviced by her and she has treated me the same each time. She makes you feel as if you are the only customer even though she is servicing many. I appreciate it.

She helped me through every small steps of the way to getting the software upgrade. Then helping me get a new battery for my car and even showing me how to use Apple wallet to pay for the battery. Very professional and fun person.

Your wifi is horrible! I was there for over 2 hours waiting for my service to be completed and could not accomplish anything! My time is important and it was wasted!
