I had an appointment and still waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and didn’t even get the car washed. Chad the manger is the reason why I continue to come back to the dealership for oil changes, however this was way too long.

One might think it’s petty to say they aren’t satisfied because of a simple car wash not being done. But for me it means a lot because this is the second service where it wasn’t completed. I was asked during write il if I wanted an wash and I excepted. Where I think the issue was, is when I received the call to let me know service was done and a quick explanation of my multipoint inspection. I was not notified about wash I arrived for pick up went out to car and noticed. Went back in to be notified it was a shortage of porter’s and being understaffed. Getting that info before arriving would have been better.

It would’ve been nice if we received a phone call that our vehicle was done. I wouldn’t have known it was done unless I just happened to check my email at 5pm! Apparently my vehicle was completed at 1 PM and then upon picking up my vehicle it was filthy and not even washed !

My car had a courtesy battery check showing 31% of battery life left. I took it to my mechanic who sold me the DIEHARD battery and it has 96% battery life left. I think they are trying to sell me a battery. I didn't need, also they are claiming I need a left ball joint took to my mechanic again, on the rack he showed. Me Everything was tight no ball joint needed. I don't know what's going on at that facility.
