Getting a text saying the service was done would've been helpful. There was no phone message left. Terry called 2x and left a message but no one called back. Also, Terry checked the car in but you were contacting me (his wife) - except for when it was done. ??? Otherwise, we're good.

Mitchell kept me informed about what was going on and how long it would take to do my oil change. I was not able to do the upgrade on my visit but he told me I could come back next week I’m returning on Wednesday

Mike was great. I have a recall, recalls are only done on week days, I came and waited, was told the part they needed, they had to order. Most people have to take the day off to get this done.
