My appointment was at 9:30 AM. I made the appointment over a month ago. I arrived 15 minutes early as well. I was told the wait time would be 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours max. I waited over 4 hours for a simple oil change that only takes about 1/2 an hour to do. How is it acceptable for someone to wait over 4 hours for something that is done routinely? I left the dealership a little after 1:30 PM when I arrived right before 9:15 AM. Not only this, there were people who came after me and left before me. I understand that it may be busy but how can a routine oil change take over 4 hours to be done? 2 to 2 1/2 hours is pushing it but I was willing to wait that amount of time since I was informed that would be the wait time but having to sit there for double the time is unacceptable and such a huge inconvenience especially when people who got there after me left before me. Horrible experience.

Isabel is such a sweet person and very professional. She made sure I was aware of what was going on and explained what services I needed and how soon I should get my brakes done. Very wonderful person to have on board at Kia.

I was very impressed with Bruno's professionalism and the way he continued to keep me informed. I like the way he explained things to me. He was very courteous and showed chivalry. My only complaint is my appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:53 am and I was there for 2 hours.

This was the absolute best service I’ve received and I’ve been going to Kia dealership (in Berwyn) for 6 years. Going forward I will make the 30 minute drive to Orland park for the facilities and the amazing customer service. Bruno kept me informed of the status throughout my wait. He escorted me to my vehicle and opened the car door for me.

I was glad that my service advisor was able to get my engine splash guard replaced for free. I brought in the parts and would have done it myself but needed a lift. I know it took under 10 minutes to replace so I appreciate that courtesy seeing as I purchased the vehicle from your dealership and paid a Covid supply chain premium for it. Your mechanic also pointed out a bubble in my tire that I’ll get repaired soon.

The experience with this dealership was the worse in my 35 years. The service manager has no business dealing with thr public or situations that require de escalation. My car came in for lost of power. The shop discovered that the caydlic converter was bad. The flange and the converter was left unattached and the service mangers informed me that the dealerships practice was to leave the bolts off to save engine. I was never informed of this until I called back to discuss. The car sounded like a race car. At any rate I could never recommend Kia for any service. The experience was flat out the worst in my lifetime.
