Rebecca was handling multiple things at a time including phones, helping another employee, checking on guests, and helping with my check in. I knew they were short staffed because my usual check in would be with Mitchell, who I was told is no longer there. I've always had friendly and timely service here and I was pleased to still receive that service when the place was super busy with Rebecca checking me in. My work was done quickly despite many other customers being there at the same time and the issues I was having were fully repaired.

Made an appointment for Saturday morning 8:00 am 5-3-23 , I live 18 miles away from this dealership , got there to sit for 2 hours, to be told that Kia corporate has to be called. I cancelled an appointment to go to this Kia . The Kia closest to me has terrible service. No I wasn’t happy. Now I have to call back and reschedule

Friendly staff, prompt, courteous service. I was able to get a ride to my house and a ride back to the dealership once my oil change was complete. All around a very pleasant experience.

They had my car for 30 days. Put a new engine in it. When I got it back. I drove it 3 miles and the check engine light came on. Took it right back. Waited an hour for them to tell me it was the catalytic converter and they had to order it. Took it back again and it took them 3 hours to put it in. When it shouldn't take more than an hour and half.

Michael was a fantastic human, who was kind, compassionate and understanding of what our issues were and how to navigate. Two other of your non front desk people who had no idea of the situation however were awful to deal with and rude and assuming at times. I felt judged and if I was made to be a liar with them. I made sure to go to Michael everytime as I knew he could effectively communicate where they could not
