I refused to believe that customer service no longer exists. However I can honestly International Kia has made me a believer. My experience the last two times has been beyond unexceptional. I even spoke with the Service managerwityh no better experience. Instead of trying to be accommodating she tries to defend the poor customer service that was provided. I bought my car from this dealership and tried to keep doing a relationship with this dealership with the hopes of when I trade in this car I would return. Well that thought has died today, because I will noy be returning to this dealership.I will be placing my experience on every social platform I can find,because not only was my experience beyond poor, I was lied to by management. Unexceptable! For me two strikes and your out.

Team on site was great. Wait time was adequate. Scheduling visits is a hassle….three weeks? Went in on a Thursday for routine service, after talking to Scheduler, he forgot to mention they don’t take Walk in’s on Thursday’s. Frustrating.

My car appointment was supposed to take up to 5 hours to complete and I have yet to be givin the OK to pick it up. The vehicle has been at your service department for 9 hours and counting. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed.

I was mistreated , pushed to the side, I came to Kia every month since march and they keep having to replace an engine in my 2017 Kia sportage !! I was left at the mall for 5 hours had to pay for an Uber , once I arrived back at Kia I was upset but Amanda the manager called the police to get me escorted out when I waited from 9:15-430 for an oil change and they had to refocus a hose on my car from the new engine they just replaced !! I feel like I been cheated, misused and bamboozled !!! How do you get 2 new engine in a car and consistently having the same issue with the issue and Amanda has the nerve to call the police on me all the money I’ve paid Kia !! I’m contacting corporate!! The police said they always get calls from Kia about this same issue BAD FOR BUSINESS
