Mitch was amazing and kept me up to date wit everything that was goin on with my vehicle. I was satisfied with the service, I live 2 blocks from another Kia dealer and would gladly drive the 26 miles for Orland Kia service and professionalism. The whole service team was nice and prompt.

Overall service was good. The technician ended up breaking my engine so that was a bummer, appreciate that it was replaced for free but still an inconvenience. Not Mikes fault though so overall great service from him
