I scheduled my oil change appointment for a Monday because I was told that the body and finder repair vender would be there on mondays by the person that made my appointment. Only to find out after I got there and the oil change was done that the body and fender repair vender comes on tuesdays and I would have to come back the next day to get a quote. I was very specific that I wanted to schedule the oil change on a day that the body and fender repair vender would be there.

I do not like that you guys weaseled out of holding to your warranty, which is the whole reason I bought the car from you in the first place. The part on the car broke before 100,000, you should have fixed the part without charging me. I got charged 87 for you to fix a fuse. I am not and should not have to beg or argue with you to hold up to the warranty. Do not contact me unless you are refunding me my 87 dollars. I don't want to waste my money AND my time with this.
