I asked the technician to help me turn off the automatic lights. The technician gave me false information regarding my lights being turned off. They're still on. I need them off. I am very upset. My need wasn't met at the dealership.

It seems the only thing Kia is committed to is getting as much money out of anyone foolish enough to buy their cars. Orland Kia knows my engine is defective but insists I pay an inflated price to replace my starter. The starter burning out is a direct result of engine failure. I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau about the practices and “procedures” at International Kia of Orland.

Michael was great but unfortunately he forgot that my vehicle was in for an oil change in addition to all the recalls, so I got stuck waiting for another almost hour after I was initially told my vehicle was ready

I was not satisfied with them telling me that I had to use full synthetic and the very high price for it. I also wanted a tire rotation and was told that the tech said it wasn't needed. How does he know if it needs it or not. Also the blonde with the pony tail that works in service should learn some customer skills. I've been coming there for 7 years now and the service dept. seems to be going down. The manager of the service dept. even told my wife last time that if she didn’t like it there she could go somewhere else. I guess I should take my business somewhere else also.
