Service was good. The tech forgot to tell me about the battery and if it is under warranty. The car is 2021 and the battery is at 46%. It should not be that low in a car this new.

My only other comment is that I had brought in a couple of coupons to the cashier when I came to pay for the service and was told that she was unable to honor them and that I needed to bring them in upon arrival. That was somewhat disappointing. $20 off oil change and $15 tire rotation.

Oil change took 2.5 hr with appointment. Car stood approximately for 10 minutes before i wad notifed that it is ready. Service ised to be better. STILL NO INSPECTION REPort
