I am overall happy with Kia (1st time buyer) but the wait time for an oil change is far too long and there is a recall on my Telluride which I’ve been unable to get in to rectify the issue! I needed to be efficient and have both oil change & recall work done (due to work travel/obligations) but booking both would take a ridiculous amount of weeks to have schedules! That is very frustrating & unacceptable, especially for a recall problem on Kia’s behalf.

The staff, with the exception of one, were very unhelpful and unprofessional, not just with my experience, but with others I witnessed them interact with. I had a scheduled appoint that took 2.5 hours as I waited at the dealership. I asked to receive the complimentary car wash that was not done, and also had to come back two days later to have my washer fluid filled because that also was not done, again.

Outrageous pricing, services that didn't need to be done were quoted, no knowledge of the vehicle warranty or recalls. Called back multiple times, could not get ahold of anyone in service after leaving voice-mail to return my calls. I was going to have some work done but after no return calls I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else.
