I was disappointed with my visit yesterday. I got a oil change tire rotation and back brake light put in. I've always fel5 confident in kia taking care of my care. But yesterday I was disappointed. M6 car was half washed.(floor vacuum only on one side). My window shield was not fully clean. But my biggest disappointment was my mileage sticker at the top left corner was not put on there. That is how I watch m6 mileage. I noticed it on my work this morning. Because of these minor and careless mistakes now I wonder if the work done on my car was done right. Thank you for allowing me to discuss my concerns. I'm very disappointed!!!

It was terrible service. The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve bought from three other dealerships on 159th. A fourth in Mokena. After being called out in his BS By day 3/4. I had to argue to get a rental that I pay mid for through warranty . Ishmael then sends me to enterprise in Orland but actually booked me a car over 19 miles away at a different Enterpruse . When I call they tell me they won’t have a car for a day or too. Then Ishmael says that I do t need a rental because it’s only an 8 hr job. I didn’t receive my car for just short of a month!!! I called emailed daily at one point and Ishmael wouldn’t call back. I left messages with manger . No call back. I’m talking 9 days just BS after BS. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen to never give this business their hard earned money. It’s like a bad joke that dosent end.
