Joey was great, the time frame, nearly 4 weeks before the car could get in for repairs, not so great. Was it my fault for the factory recall flaw that caused my car to fail? No. You should be able to get service much sooner.

I had took my car around the 13 of September to get an oil change , Tune up and a new Starter yesterday October 4th a Ref oil light started flashing i took it today , and they took it off but if was whoever check my car for mainteinance fault that day . So they help in something but messed up something else or either they just dont do the job right.

I was notified of 3 recalls one of which involves an evap canister. I was told that the canisters are not in stock because they are VIN dependent. The service team was going to order one that would be in in a few days. I explained I’m going out of town for 2 months and asked if the canister could be held until I’m back. They said no , that Kia would want it returned within 30 days if not installed. So now I need to call in November to have the part there for my early December return and then I need to bring my car back again. Please note I fault KIA corporate not the Orland service dept.

I am so glad I chose Kia for my services rather than other companies. It makes me feel safe going to the manufacturer. Kevin was a knowledgeable employee who helped alot. Will be returning to Kia for future services

Mike was helpful in solving our problem. Previous KIA Service personnel did not follow through. Had car in twice before Mike and problem was not solved.
