Had a great experience today (9/30) with only a planned oil change but was even able to get a recall in (that would’ve taken me a month to schedule at Hawkinson) thanks to the extremely helpful gentleman that helped me today. Super appreciative.

Was not happy at all, came to get my oil change. Just ax cut that glue the piece that was over. My license plate was hanging down. And the manager Amanda said I had to have an appointment. I feel that was veri'm professional for me to make an appointment to come back to get a piece Glue up.

The service took 2-1/2 hours to complete. For the oil was changed, tires rotated, and PMs were completed. I was shocked it took this much time to complete that work. Did the technician take lunch during this time period?

This was the 3rd appointment to install a door handle and it still was not painted the right color. Very dissatisfied with incompetence of whoever Kia has doing the painting portion of the work.

Service department is run professionally. Waiting room is spacious and clean. Offering of complimentary coffee and variety of snacks is icing of the cake. The Dealership is very customer focused. THANKS! Philip K

I was very satisfied bc he answered all my questions plus additional questions I had regarding my phone connection and other questions He was very courteous and let me know exactly the progress of my vehicle repair.What I didn't understand he took the time to explain it to me. He is a really nice person and always pleasant and helpful.. Which I appreciated. My car was cleaned and service was great.
