Terrible customer service!! Made appointment for 7:30am because I was told it would take 1-2 hours and I needed the vehicle to use that morning. Dropped it off night before. Didn’t hear ANYTHING all morning, so I started calling. Called at least 10 times, no answer even going through the operator. One operator said she’d hand walk a note back to service, still NO RESPONSE!! Left several voicemails, still NO RESPONSE!! Finally at 3pm, 6 hours AFTER the car was promised I get a TEXT saying they STARTED on the car!!!!!! WORST experience I have ever had ANYWHERE and you can bet I’ll be posting this!!!!

I was told that I needed an authorized OEM noc sensor installed by KIA because there was an engine recall, that if the noc sensor was not replaced by then and there was infact an engine issue that it would be replaced by KIA under and extended warranty. When I returned the gentleman stated after the fact that this was infact not true and that no extended warranty was available for this engine after work was completed.

My vehicle was towed there on Thursday, was told someone would call me, no one called until Monday, asking me what kind of vehicle did I have, which lets me know that my car just sat there.

I don’t need a call. My only dissatisfaction was with the amount of time it took to get my oil changed. My appt was for 11am and my car was not ready until 1pm. That amount of time was not anticipated.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before and came back the next day and had to wait a hour for them to start my vehicles door handle that broke off as I was trying to open the door. The people were apologizing but the reason i dropped it off the night before was I assumed it would be done the 7 hours that it was there .
