No problems at all always a good experience
Let me start out by saying I have had issues with service at other Kia dealerships before. So I decided to bring my car here. However after bringing it there a few times I noticed a VERY BIG lack of communication from the service reps, I tried calling 15 times to inquire about the status of my vehicle while it was there and got nothing but voice mails all throughout the day. Then you kept my car overnight without giving my a rental car thankfully my parents allowed me to use their car to go to work the next day. I tried calling the next day and no one answered. Then around noon I get a call saying my car was finished the day before. Then not only all of this I get charged $175 for u keeping my car for a multipoint inspection. I mentioned my sun roof wouldn’t close and had shown a video proof of it. I checked the tracks before I went in and there was nothing. They claimed that there was and there were times I would close my sun roof and nothing happens it wouldn’t move(before the service). I will say it’s not all intentional kias fault as well I had issue with Hawkinson Kia being very shady with pass service as well. I think the Kia policy of charging people so much so such a simple think is ridiculous and honestly it has made me want to get rid of my Kia car altogether. In all my life I have never had such bad service as Kia has done for my vehicle throughout the years I’ve owned it. I will never buy one again in my life because of it. I don’t want anything from this dealership on this at all as I won’t be coming back there, but I hope you can work on having your service reps be more responsive. And I mean all of them not one answered my called in all the times I called, even the service manager who I called twice. This is not to mention when I brought the car in there were other customers waiting to be helped and no one was helping us. When I walked inside they finally asked but 3 service reps were just standing around together doing nothing while 2 other people were waiting besides me. Again I want nothing out of this. I just hope you guys can work on your service for others.
Michael Cooksey provided excellent service on my visit to Kia International, Orland on October 18, 2023. Michael was courteous, attentive and actively listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the type of service that my vehicle would be receiving. The service was completed in a timely manner and discounted to compensated inconvience (i.e., part was out of stock) that I encountered during my service department visit on Oct. 6, 2023 for the same service issue. Michael Cooksey was patient and conducted himself in a professional manner. I was very satisfied with the level of service that I received on October 18, 2023. Kudos to Michael and Kia International, Orland!
