I expect you to wait an hour and a half for my car which it was I saw it Pulled to the front I waited 10 minutes then found my rep. He explained The recommendations for my car and I paid .Kevin walked me to my car and told me they were able to clean the inside windshield for me. I appreciate it because as a senior it’s very hard for me to do. I know it’s not part of the job. But then I looked at my car and saw it had not been washed nor had it been vacuumed. He told me they were short porters. So I said you decided my car didn’t need washed. First I can get an oil change cheaper anywhere else than the dealer. Part of the reason to come to you is to get my car cleaned and vacuumed. I will applaud Kevin because he personally washed my car. But he didn’t have time to vacuum. You have the same problem with everyone else nobody wants to work for a living
I only bring my car here for regular maintenance and usually the advisor meets with me before the work is complete to discuss any recommendations. That didn’t happen. At the end of the transaction, the advisor handed the form to me at the cashier’s window and stated these are the recommendations. When I asked for clarification of one, and what it does, he didn’t know the answer. It gave “Jiffy Lube” customer service..not the Kia service I’m used to.
Everything was great. The duration of my service was as long as I was told it was going to be you guys did a great job for the first time I brought my car in.

Service Advisor Kevin has terrible customer service. I understand your facility gets busy, but he left me a voicemail today (after attempting an initial voicemail & stuttering a word & hanging up within 3 seconds) about the recall work done on my car. He said only 1 out of 2 recalls was able to be done today because they needed to order more parts & that I need to make an appointment to come back in. I thought they ordered everything when I made the appointment but apparently not. I tried calling SIX TIMES & no one answered the phone. I finally spoke with someone who said she’d leave a written message for him. After 4 hours of hearing nothing back & not getting any further text communication, I called back, once again not being able to get ahold of anyone in service. I was asked about leaving a handwritten note again & said that I did that 4 hours ago & never heard back & was told that he was already gone for the day. He could’ve at least had someone else call me. I tried returning his phone call to answer questions he had & to see if my car was ready because he never specified that in his voicemail. He could’ve at least had the decency to even have someone else call me if he couldn’t. I ended up speaking with service advisor Jackie who ended up relaying all the information I needed. She was great, I’d love to deal with her in the future if necessary.
Micheal is absolutely the best. He's very nice and professional. He's also very informative.
