Car issue was not fixed. In addition, car was supposed to be vacuumed and was returned not completed. Spent $600 and issue was not taken care of.

My car went in to have an engine replaced and then out of the blue my starter know longer work and I have to get it fix by Kia for $500 that I don’t have

I am happy that I did not receive any upscale. Thank you JOEY Hernandez. I was informed an hour and a half wait, where snacks and soda/water were. Where to plug in my phone. The wait was an hour and a half.

Everyone was very friendly. It took a little less than the amount of time they said could be required to finish the vehicle. When I got in my vehicle everything was the way I left it…. Seat position, heat, and radio station. This is the second time I was in the service department and I’m very happy with the way things have done each time.

There is also e thing that I’m not happy about is that it is hard to get someone on the phone to talk to about your vehicle nor to they return calls that I s left in the voicemail
