wow, i couldn’t be more pleased with the top level of customer service that Amanda provided, Not only she kept everything so simple and easy, she was updating me in every step of the way in the auto service department, amazing technician name Alec did an amazing job on my Kia stinger GT2, fast and well knowledgeable on his mechanic skill, would highly recommend this two people if you need service in your car, ????????????

The actual service performed was ok. But your service department was very frustrating. I called several times a week for at least 3 weeks - I left multiple voicemail messages asking for someone to call me back and let me know if repair would be covered under the warranty. I got a live person once and he promised to call back and never did. I am extremely displeased.

Upon arriving at the shop, I was disappointed to find that no one approached me. I had to sit in my car for a full 5 minutes with my two sleeping children. After waiting for ten minutes, I decided to approach someone about my appointment. Even then, I had to wait an additional 5-7 minutes before finally getting checked in. While the wait time after check-in was quicker than usual, as the shop closed at 4, I left my appointment feeling unsatisfied. It became apparent that they hadn’t completed a full inspection, particularly my brakes, which hadn’t been examined. This lack of attention to detail left me concerned, as I won’t have a benchmark for comparison during my next visit. I had high expectations for this dealership’s service, but the inconsistency I’ve experienced is disheartening. If this trend continues, I may have to explore other options that prioritize their customers and their overall experience.
