Joey was full of lies at every point and made mis statements all the time which discouraged me to get my car repaired at this dealership. He failed to speak truth and was full of mis behaviour throughout

tragedy, i will never come back and i will never recommend for anybody your dealership or service department, i bring a car week ago nobody touch a car and i was calling 7 times a day just transfering phone call to other person and hung up phone nobody answering giving updates and so on… never ever again i will come to your place.

The Representative that assisted me at the front desk needs to be trained on Customer Service Etiquette, very unfriendly, no smile and never thanked me for my service. I've been coming there for years, this is the worst I've seen with your team. I will not return where my business isn't wanted and I won't recommend anyone to come to that location to purchase nor service their vehicle

Kevin was very kind and did the best he could. It was frustrating that I was there for 2.25 hours for an oil change. When I was expecting 1-1.5 hours.

I actually only have a question: if I say I am going to wait for my oil change, will it be done faster? This has nothing to do with my service representative, just something I've noticed about making appointments and dropping my car off. It seems like simple things like an oil change and tire rotation take longer than they should. Maybe it's just me?

The people at the desk when you first walk in to the service department are very unfriendly and did not even acknowledge my wife when she arrived. She had never been there before and did felt welcome.
