I waited 2 1/2 weeks for this appt just for you guys to send my car with me still not fixed. And then when I call to tell you my car still isn’t fixed you book me for another appt for another 2 1/2 weeks out, and then your service manager doesn’t even call people back. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Car was returned dirty. The whole bottom clearly was missed. I was asked if I wanted it cleaned again but after 2.5 hours I was not going to wait longer. Service people should realize that before returning car. Not hard to look. An update while you wait would be considerate to especially when employees are not busy. Internet was horrible I couldn’t even log in to do work as I waited. I mentioned it and was told they would reboot system, checking in to see if it improved would have been nice. Disappointed and I’ve been coming for 4 years.

I do not want to be contacted. The service department counter staff at International Kia were horrible. Customer service and communication were non-existent, they had no knowledge of how to correctly process a tire warranty, and didn’t know the features on my vehicle.
