There is a piece of the bumper is dragging. Wtf!!! I came for an oil change and tire rotation and now have a loose piece flapping. Call me ASAP ****-****-xxxx

Good morning, The customer services was good, they were very attentive. The problem I had it was inconvenience for me having to come back and get done that should have been done the first time. My time is just as valuable as they time. Although they took care of the problem which they felt was compensated for my inconvenience when I had to come back, stop what I was doing so they can do the job that was not done. In other words they told me you I was compensated by doing it over what should have been done anyway. That was a sla in the face.

Slow wait time. It took 2 1/2 hours just to get answers on if I need to patch my tire or purchase a new one. Normally, the wait time is 1 to 1.5 hours.

Althoug the service technician road tested, balance and rotated tires, the problem still exists and after driving a few miles seems even worse. He made a few recommendations such as replacing left front rim, inspected the tires and says the have been cupped.

I spoke with the manager but in the end I won't be servicing my vehicle or shopping for future vehicles after the actions of the assistant manager. She could not explain my diagnosis told me pay at and that's that. I asked to speak with a technician and at first refused. I never got a call explaining what the diagnosis was from the tech so why should I go and just pay 190 for no explanation on what was done. To top it off She hands me the keys and tells me to walk the back lot to find my own car and she walks off. Unprofessional your assistant manager lost you future sales instead of leading by an example. Car market is changing you won't have buyers lined up at your door with service like that.

They do not return phone calls. They do not tell you what's going and. I called the service manager 7 times I called the other guy. Joey I texted him 4 times neither one respand then I called Joel chambers. He never responded. So if you're looking for me to say something nice. I'm sorry I can't.
