My experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I waited 20 minutes just to be checked in was told my oil change would take 2hrs I was there for 3hrs without anyone updating me. I had to walk up to service to find out how much longer it would take. No one went over recommended future service and when I left the dealer I had someone else’s paperwork in my car. Very disappointed this was the 2nd time I felt I had received bad service might need to go to another Kia dealer for future service needs.

My first time in service, I stood looking at all representatives for many minutes. No one looked up from their computer to say and tell me they will be with me soon. It was awkward and made me think I was in the wrong location. Information about having the diagnostic fee of $175 taken off repair bill was not written down anywhere. I was told it verbally. This caused stress for me when I had to insist that I was told this. Lack of knowledge about replacing the cluster resulted in a wrong estimate. I had to have one representative check their math because I felt they did it wrong. They had. My paperwork from KIA had three different addresses. I got just following an old address. You need to update all of your documents to be accurate. Overall, I thought the whole experience was unprofessional, poor custom service and expensive.

I like Kia. Honest and forthcoming: However, I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. While I know I am faced with a wait for a walk in, nearly 4 hours is a little extreme. I also text and asked for a shuttle back and never got a response, so I walked back. If I had known the wait was that long- I would've probably delayed my oil change. The next time I probably will go somewhere else- that can do it under an hour.

The service was excellent and I was informed every step of the way as to how all of the work was progressing. My vehicle was finished at the time that I was told that it would be and as of right now, everything is going fine.

Didn’t tell me anything about the inspection that was done. She did mention I will prob need a tire rotation but the car was already waiting to leave. I would have just had you guys do it and pay for it but instead I took it elsewhere.

My vehicle was good when I drove away from Kia. The service people were very friendly and thorough. I also appreciate the car wash.
