The dash maintenance message was not cleared when my vehicle was serviced. Additionally, the tire pressure on the four tires was increased to 40-41 psi. It was an inconvenience for me to come back the next day to have these mistakes corrected.

There’s a sound coming underneath the vehicle when I start the car specially in the morning and I recorded it in my phone. I told about it to the manager who served me and he said it’s normal. But I had 2020 RAV4 before this one and I never heard that kind of sound. So I feel he just neglected what I said to him about the noise coming underneath my vehicle.

The service person reports that he cannot replicate the problem with my light. It happens every time I turn the car on and there is no possibility it didn't happen for them. I don't think they understood the problem and rather than ask questions, I was just sent away. It's difficult to make all the arrangements to leave my car all day and I would think I would get the benefit of the doubt.
