Noel Orozco is one of the best service advisors I have met. He goes the extra mile to take care of the clients. He is knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with Toyota’s service. He is not like the others that do not care.
It’s ridiculous to schedule me a noon appt for a 10 min task and have it done 3 hours later. Service associate was not attentive nor had any regard for the customers under her care. Probably one of the most ridiculous “service” experiences I have ever had. Meanwhile some other clown in another dept is texting me askinge if I want to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one from your dealership. As if I would give you one more penny of my money. Do better.
I took the Rav4 in just for a oil change and now it runs terrible the check engine light and traction light is on. Plus the pulled off the rear tire gard and not place back in correctly so I now have order a new one.. and service girl said bring it in and we need Dyno it for a extra $200 dollars go F yourself. This location is worse service to get in your vehicle. They want to rip you off and make you buy a new vehicle..This is why we are going into getting Jeep. Better service. Jeep has a true trusting team. Northridge Toyota 100% terrible
