Had an oil change appointment at 10 AM. I arrived 15 mins early. Was quoted 2-3 hours for my oil change, but it ended up being a 4 hour wait. Noelle was nice and knocked off a few bucks, but with the card service charge, it wasn’t really a discount. It cost me $170. One of the employees linked their blue tooth to my stereo, so their music was playing when I turned on the car. I closed my cup holder, but it was open when I got my car back.

excelente servicio desde q llegue ala linea , una muchacha muy sonriente buena onda me atendio , puso el numero y luego me paso con la de servicio muy respetuosa , muy tranquila me explico todo , me ordeno uber gracias por tener ese servico porque eso nos ayuda hacer otras cosas durante el vehiculo esta en servicio , cuando recogi el vehiculo un caballero muy sonriente respetuoso me lo entrego me encanta el servico q tienen en northridge es el mejor les doy 100+ en todo ,Gracias .

I had a great experience with the service rep that I had. He was awesome. Patient, positive and honest. I will say I was very disappointed in how my car was handled behind the scenes. It’s definitely a trend. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about the customer service but the actual mechanical service is out right dangerous. I had family members continually return their cars after service because check engine lights pop up or problems that were brought in were not correctly addressed. My car needed to be returned after a service. Pretty routine stuff, spark plugs, fluid replacement etc. When I got my car back I had a check engine light on in addition to other errors. Turns out a hose was left unconnected is what I was told. You would think extra attention would be taken to make sure everything was perfect since mistakes were made during the initial service. I popped the hood only to find clips not re-attached and a pair of pliers left under my hood. Pure negligence. You go to the dealer to get top notch mechanical service and you pay extra for that. From what I’ve experienced I have no faith in what was done under my hood. What did I spend $2500 on and what am I in store for moving forward? I’m not sure but I can tell you I’m worried. I drive my family in this car. This type of negligence needs to dealt with at the highest priority because like I said it’s a safety issue. I hope some changes happen immediately, not just for reputation sake but so no one gets hurt. Sorry to send the negative feedback because there seems to be a lot of hard working individuals in your establishment but what’s going on with the mechanical work needs to be addressed.

As of right now, my car is completely dead in the water. I’m completely upset and disappointed that my car does not work after getting it service. It’s currently reading as a charging battery malfunction. I paid $1000 to get my car service and this is what I get. Disappointed.
