Manfred was very nice and helpful, I appreciated all his work and keeping in touch. I also wanted to mention a note about the service on the car. I think the service techdidn’t fully check my car when they were done. My hood was open/unlatched something I didn’t notice until I was home, there was trash from a Toyota part that was used in my car on the front seat, there was blue tape with numbers on all 4 of my wheels and even though I bought 4 new tires there were no screw caps on any of my tire pressure valves. I think I may take my car elsewhere next time around
