Thank you, Joe, for taking care of my car and being very accomodating and helpful while my it got maintained over the weekend. He made getting and returning the loaner car very convenient for my family, and overall provided a stress free experience. More importantly, my boss (my daughter) thought he was a cool guy, so we are all happy customers.
On a separate note, I appreciate the video that is now included on the multi-inspection report from the mechanic. It's not exactly necessary, but nice to see anyway as long as it doesn't disrupt their work.
