Joe **** was my advisor , he called that car ready , ask to send ride to come over there , 25 min waiting no ride , no phone call no text massage , I called again and sent ride when I got there 45 minutes still wait that my car will be ready . How he called to come to pick up car and was not ready ??? It’s not professional, he is not good for this job
Glenn always take note on the concern, make sure everything is addressed to maintenance team. This is why i always ask for Glenn when i have maintenance or concern on toyota vehicles. He is very helpful.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 and my vehicle wasn’t worked on until hours later. I don’t believe it should have taken 4 hours for a regular routine service. I would have also liked to have been updated throughout the service.
