Untrustworthy and unprofessional. You have my car all day without contacting me and Ms. Buchanan’s reason was, “we ran a lot of tests.”With those tests could you explain them articulately? No. Solve the problem? No. I had to take my car back with no solution; I’ve never done that before. Why does Ms. Buchanan tell me, great news, your car is all serviced—not at all. Don’t contact me, I’ll never go back!

Appt was 10:45 was told service should be done by 11 or 11:30 didn't get my vehicle till 1:30 every time I asked was told "almost done 5-10 minutes ". Noticed the invoice had a different advisor name who didn't work today. Vehicle was only in for oil change and tire rotation. Service seems to be getting wodse.

The service provider was professional and informative. My son paid for the oil change, drove off of the lot, got on the freeway heading towards the Culver City area neighboring city of our home and my Prius started making a very loud clanking noise. The noise was so loud that he got off the freeway, called for my assistance and AAA was called to tow the car back to the dealer. I am not sure of how an oil change turned into a loud engine noise. This was a major inconvenience because my son works Monday - Friday, 730 am -5 pm and I have same schedule, so though a loaner was offered I don’t want to responsible for another vehicle.
I was mislead as to when my car would be finished. It was my only day off and if I had been correctly informed that it would be 4 hours,instead of the one hour I was told,I could have left and taken care of other errands. Instead I was told it's almost ready any time I asked and my day off was wasted.
Glen was fantastis!! Came in yesterday with a starter issue on my car and he explained that the team would take a look and see what was going on. He then explained to me what the real problem was and explained how it went about.. he went above and beyond with the best attitude!! Got it fixed within the next day.
