My experience was not good. After spending 4 hours at the Northridge service center, I was told that a tire pressure sensor was out. The service advisor said that I would need to pay for the replacement, as my warranty would not cover it. I took my Tacoma to Thousand Oaks Toyota, where they replaced the sensor, free of charge. The service advisor at Thousand Oaks told me the Northridge service advisor was wrong about the warranty not covering the sensor.

Apparently Robert is a new employee and perhaps new to this type of work. He was very conscientious and checked with his colleagues to be sure he was following the correct procedures. I’ve been a customer of Northridge Toyota for many years and am always happy with the service I receive. However I appreciate when the advisor prioritizes the recommendations because I cannot afford to do all of them at once.

The service advisor Heidi Buchanan was rude. Here are the information that I want to share with you: first of all I observed that she was rude to her co-worker and ordered her to get in the car to read the mileage for her. She talked to me harshly. She has a bad manners.

I was early for my appointment Waited 35 minutes just to find out my service advisor was on Lunch.... After getting a call from Northridge toyota that my car is ready for pick up i had to wait 40 min to get my car. Horrible experience never going back there again.
