After we purchased the Corolla Cross the wrong Michelin tires were put on the car. We paid extra to have decent tires on the car. At this time we had already been at your dealership for five hours. Then the car was delivered twenty-four hours later. Purchasing a car shouldn’t be this difficult.

the tire pressure is different among the 4 tires. 41, 41, 36, 37 should they be the same after two new tires were put on the vehicle?

I don’t appreciate the recommendations and costs of the recommendation like the cabin air filters that shouldn’t cost more than $20 to replace. That tactic is preying on people that don’t know better and shows that your establishment - just like many other dealerships - have no interest in the well being of the people that choose to keep them in business. This comment won’t change anything but I hope whoever reads this understands where their moral compass lies by being complicit.
