Noel Orozco was very professional. He greeted me with a warm welcome and did an excellent job explaining everything about my vehicle that needed to be addressed. He went above and beyond to assist me with repairs on my vehicle. He took time to ensure that I was getting the best bang for my buck. I truly value great customer service for this reason I will be back and I will recommend Toyota Northridge to everyone.
I just bought the ‘24 prius last July at almost full price and with a service warranty . Why did I have to pay for alignment after 5 months?

Jeff was professional and communicated clearly, but I am disappointed that I had to escalate this issue through Toyota’s Customer Engagement Center to resolve what was ultimately a manufacturing defect. The dealership’s service department incorrectly claimed my bumper issue was caused by an "outside influence" due to broken tabs, quoting me over $800 for a replacement. However, Toyota’s field technician later confirmed there were no broken tabs and corrected the bumper alignment using heat. There are numerous online forums of other Toyota owners reporting the same bumper defect, which suggests this may be a broader manufacturing issue.
I specifically requested to have this warranty inspection handled at a different dealership but was assured by Toyota that a Toyota field technician, not a dealership employee, would perform the inspection. That was the only reason I agreed to return to this location. The technician’s findings validated my concern that the issue was not caused by me but by improper factory assembly.
I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 2006, owning multiple vehicles including an xB, a 2011 Camry, a 2018 Highlander, and now a 2025 Camry. Unfortunately, this dealership has provided the worst customer service I have experienced in nearly two decades with the brand. When I first took my vehicle in and was told the issue was not covered under warranty after three days without my car, I was approached by sales staff trying to buy or trade my vehicle as I came to pick it up. Both the sales and service teams have been dismissive and more focused on sales pitches than genuine customer care.
While I appreciate Toyota corporate’s help in resolving this warranty issue, I will be avoiding this dealership entirely moving forward and will gladly travel to Simi Valley or another location for future service. I do not wish to be contacted by this dealership in any manner. I can see how this dealership has earned its recent Yelp reviews and sincerely wish them luck in turning things around. I hope this feedback helps Toyota address the service quality, product consistency, and customer respect issues at this location.
