When my car was returned, I hopped in, turned the car on and the AC was all the way Low and full blast. I am 100% certain I did NOT have it on when I handed it over to maintenance so I really don’t appreciate them wasting my gas for the AC - that’s not something they should be turning on at all if it wasn’t even on to begin with. I understand it is hot but either way the amount of time spent inside of my car for a simple oil change should NOT be at my expense. I’m already paying enough for the maintenance service.

I came in to use a coupon you sent me for a 49.95 oil and filter change. I was there for almost 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous for an oil change ( with a reservation). Then your service writer tried to talk me into almost $2300 in ridiculously overpriced repairs. Keep sending me oil change coupons and I will use them, otherwise don’t expect to see me or anyone I know anytime soon. This is not my first bad experience at your dealership but I thought I would give you 1 more chance. Mistake!!!!

I recently visited the Northridge Toyota service department for a routine oil change and worked with Joe ****. When Joe first came out to inspect the car, he greeted me, though the interaction was fairly brief and not particularly welcoming. After he gathered the vehicle's mileage and took a few photos, we returned to his counter to begin the service process. I asked if there were any current specials or promotions for oil change services. Joe responded by stating the standard price. I then checked the Toyota website on my phone and found several promotional coupons. When I asked again if any of the coupons could be applied, he briefly looked at my phone and said that I could use the 20% off coupon. After signing the paperwork, I was told I would receive a call when the car was ready. During the service, I received a message recommending an air filter replacement. I declined the service due to the high cost. Later, I received another message informing me that the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I asked Mr. **** if the battery had been checked. He responded by saying that he had already sent the car report and mentioned that the battery was still good. However, he did not review any part of the report or go over the services that were completed. I have received more thorough service from other representatives in the past. I understand that everyone has a different style, but it would be helpful if Toyota trained all service advisors to review the service report and explain the work performed rather than assuming customers will read and interpret the report on their own time. Overall, the service itself was completed, but the customer interaction and communication could have been better.
