Glenn didn’t keep to our scheduled appointment and I had to wait about 30mins before someone even checked me in. Even then it wasn’t Glenn and he had someone else check him in because he already had 2 cars waiting.

Jeffrey explained everything and also encouraged me to try the service plan again. Though I declined the service plan I was grateful for him maintaining my timelines. He not only texted but also called me as well to follow up, walk me through recommendations made by the mechanic, which I honored. He notified me when my car was ready and I was able to retrieve my vehicle within my timelines.

First of all, bad customer service. 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation, and the advisor couldn't even tell me that would be that long so I could be prepared with time, I let the manager in charge know about it and he couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience, just said that's what it is during Saturdays, what an answer for a customer.
